Refund & Returns Policy (Emblem & Badge Products)

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery.
After 30 days, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.


Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, ALL of the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be brand new, unused, and uninstalled

  • Protective films, adhesive backing, and 3M tape must remain intact and unused

  • The item must not have been mounted, test-fitted, or attempted to be installed

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging, including all accessories and backing materials

  • The item must be in resalable condition

⚠️ Any emblem or badge with removed, damaged, or used adhesive backing is NOT eligible for return or refund.


Installation & Adhesive Disclaimer (Very Important)

Emblems and badges are adhesive-based exterior parts.

Once the adhesive backing has been:

  • Removed

  • Damaged

  • Contaminated

  • Exposed to heat, moisture, or cleaning chemicals

the item cannot be resold and therefore cannot be returned or refunded.


Fitment Responsibility

It is the customer’s responsibility to verify vehicle compatibility (year, make, model, trim, and mounting location) before placing an order.

Returns due to:

  • Incorrect fitment

  • Vehicle trim differences

  • Customer preference or expectation

are not considered seller error.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Installed or attempted-to-install emblems or badges

  • Items with used, removed, or damaged adhesive backing

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Customized or special-order products

  • Gift cards and digital products


Restocking Fee

For approved returns not caused by our error, a restocking fee of up to 15% may apply.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of:

  • The packaging

  • The product

  • The issue

Failure to contact us within this time frame may result in the return being denied.


Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding approval or rejection.

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 3–7 business days after inspection.


Sale Items

All sale, discounted, or promotional items are final sale and non-refundable.


Exchanges

We only offer exchanges for items that are defective or damaged upon arrival.

Replacement items will be shipped after the original item is returned and inspected, unless otherwise approved.


Shipping Returns

Do NOT send items back without contacting us first.
