How long does shipping take?

Most orders ship within 1-2 business days. Delivery times vary by location, but customers in the continental U.S. typically receive their orders within 3-7 business days. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we offer free standard shipping on all orders over $99 within the continental United States.

Can I track my package?

Absolutely. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and link to monitor your delivery in real time.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, as well as to Canada and select international destinations. Additional fees may apply outside the continental U.S.

Can I change my shipping address or cancel my order after placing it?

You may request changes or cancellation within 2 hours of ordering by contacting us at support@gyfassauto.com. Once the order has entered the shipping process, we may not be able to modify it.

How do I make sure the part fits my vehicle?

Use the vehicle selector tool on the product page! Simply enter your vehicle’s year, make, model, and trim to see compatible parts. If you’re unsure, contact us before purchasing—we’re here to help.

Are these OEM parts?

We specialize in high-quality aftermarket parts and emblems designed to meet or exceed OEM specifications in fit, finish, and durability—often with more style options and at a better value.

How do you ensure durability and color fade resistance?

We use automotive-grade paints, chrome plating, and UV-protective coatings. Many of our emblems are 3D-constructed with hard-coated polyurethane or ABS to withstand weather, washing, and everyday wear.

Can I see real photos or installation videos?

Can I return an item if it doesn’t fit my vehicle?

Yes, if the product is unused and in its original packaging. We strongly recommend using our vehicle selector or contacting us before purchase to ensure compatibility. Return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility unless the error was ours.
